Instant Delivery for Digital Products

We are delighted to offer our customers instant access to our range of eBooks, Audiobooks and other digital items. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive your digital product within minutes.

How You Will Receive Your eBook or Audiobook Orders

• Delivery Method:
  Your purchased eBooks and Audiobooks will be delivered directly to the email address you provided during the purchase process.
• Delivery Partner:
  We partner with Bookfunnel, a trusted digital book delivery service, to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience.
• Expected Delivery Time:
  In most cases, your digital product should arrive in your email inbox within minutes of your purchase.
• Pre-Orders:
  Pre-ordered eBooks and Audiobooks will not be delivered until their official release date. You will receive your digital product on the release date, following the same delivery method as standard purchases.

What to Do If You Haven't Received Your Product

While we strive for immediate delivery, sometimes there can be slight delays. If you haven't received your eBook or Audiobook within 10 minutes of purchase, we recommend the following steps:

• Check Your Spam Folder:
  Occasionally, email filters might mistakenly classify our delivery emails as spam. Please check your Spam or Junk Email folder to ensure your product hasn't been redirected there.
• Look in Your Promotions Tab:
  If you are using an email service with categorized inboxes (like Gmail), our email might land in the 'Promotions' tab or another secondary inbox. Please check these tabs as well.
• Contact Us:
  If you have followed these steps and still haven't received your product, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and ensuring you have access to your purchase.

Physical Products

Physical products includes books, book boxes, stickers, bookmarks, mugs, art print and other physical merchandise. Everything that has to be sent through the mail to your address.

• Shipping Timeframe:
  We strive to ship physical items within 5 business days. However, in some extreme cases it may take us up to 30 business days.
• Pre-Orders:
  Pre-ordered items will be shipped with 5 business days of their release date.
• Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:
  You will receive an email confirmation once your order is confirmed and another email when your item is shipped. If you have chosen a shipping method that offers tracking, a tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation email.
• Shipping Area:
  We currently ship only within the United States and do not offer international shipping.
• Damaged Items:
  If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible via email. Include your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and a photo showing the condition of the item. We will address these concerns on a case-by-case basis in line with our Refund Policy, and we will strive to work towards a satisfactory solution.
